St Petersburg Artist Caleb Presents New Paintings
St Petersburg artist Caleb has three new paintings on offer at Interior Motives. These are all 22×30 acrylic paintings on gessoed watercolor paper. Caleb has been using marble flour as an additive to his paints to add a matte effect and make his paintings more “pastel-ish”, as he puts it. “I love pastels,” he says, “but they are so delicate, and the dust! Oy. These acrylic paintings are damn near indestructible, though.” We’ll take your word on that, Caleb.
