Tampa’s Joyce Lazzara has completed new paintings in her “Bamboo” series. Joyce Lazzara, one of Tampa Bay Florida’s most beloved artists and giclee printmakers, has launched a new website. Her lovely and talented assistant Regine is busily filling the site with new paintings, prints and notecards.
